Shipping Information
Ryoil Co. ship via United Parcel Service (UPS). Orders shipped via UPS can be tracked online while orders shipped via US Postal Service cannot be tracked. Ryoil currently ships throughout the 50 United States and the District of Columbia from our facilities in Eastern Michigan.
Though it isn’t required, we prefer to ship to physical addresses over P.O. Boxes and may reach out to you to request a physical address for logistical reasons.
We currently do not ship internationally addresses. We are not responsible for packages that are shipped to international reshippers once the initial delivery has been made.
Delivery
All in-stock orders are shipped ground and should be received within 7-10 business days unless specified otherwise, including “Free Shipping” items. Please note that all items on one order may arrive in separate packages on different days. When multiple shipping addresses are requested, delivery charges will be calculated per shipment. Please check all addresses carefully. Garisar guarantees delivery only to the addresses we are provided.
Expedited Delivery
All expedited orders placed after 12pm EST will be processed the following business day. Expedited delivery options are available Monday-Friday for orders to the 48 contiguous states only. Saturday and Sunday are not considered delivery days. Expedited online orders are guaranteed for in-stock items only. Sorry, not all items are available for expedited delivery.
Additional Information
Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico ship UPS Ground, 2nd Day Air or UPS Surepost. All shipments to the US Virgin Islands ship UPS Surepost ($15 surcharge applies). Shipments to a PO Box or APO/FPO ship via UPS Surepost.

Ryoil Co. reserves the right to charge more than the chart below when multiple oversized items ship to one location. The shipping charge on your order confirmation may be different in these unique circumstances. A guest service representative will contact you if shipping charges varies from the confirmation for your approval prior to shipping your order.

Standard Shipping can take anywhere from 7 to 10 business days, depending on shipping address. Garisar is located in CA, and we ship from our Distribution Center.
