A legal disclaimer

At RYOIL Co., we are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 15 days from the date of delivery for a refund. Please note that all returns must comply with our return policy, and the product must be in its original condition. RYOIL Co. reserves the right to inspect the returned item before processing a refund.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. This means that the item should not show any signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

  • The item must be unopened and sealed. This means that the product should not have been used, opened, or tampered with in any way.

  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase. This can be a physical copy of the receipt or an electronic version of the receipt, such as an email confirmation.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at team@ryoil.com within 15 days of receiving your order.

  2. In your email, please include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  3. We will review your request and, if your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package back to us.

  4. Carefully package the item(s) in the original packaging, making sure to include all tags and documentation.

  5. Use the provided return shipping label to send your package back to us.

Please note that returns must be sent to the following address: [provide address here]. Returns that are sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please be aware that the delivery time for your returned items may vary depending on your chosen shipping provider. Once we have received your returned item, we will initiate the following refund process:

If your return is accepted, we will process a refund to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed. The original shipping cost will not be refunded.

Damages and issues:

If you receive an item that is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at team@ryoil.com. Please include your order number and a photo of the item’s condition in your email. We will work with you to evaluate the issue and find a resolution.

Exceptions / non-returnable items:

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchange is the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

For orders placed in error, refused orders, or orders not picked up and returned, a restocking fee of $9.95 will be charged to exchange the product if within the 14 calendar day return window. 

If 14 days have passed since you were issued a return label, and the return label’s tracking number lists no activity indicating it has hit the mailstream, your return will be canceled and no refund will be provided.

Refund Policy

After receiving your returned items, we will review and inspect them to determine if a refund is appropriate. You will be notified via email within a reasonable timeframe about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 business days and automatically applied to your original method of payment. Please be aware that it may take additional time for the credit to appear on your account or statement, depending on your financial institution's processing time.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at team@ryoil.com. In your email, include your order number and a detailed explanation of the issue. We will work to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
